Lake Drawdy Open House - Big Hit


Saturday, Sept 10th marked our first Open House at Lake Drawdy Reserve. While the spectacular San Diego inspired Coronado (below) won't be completed until later this week, the Siesta Sands was and is now under contract.  We were particularly thrilled with the comments we heard from everyone about the architecture and lot sizes.

"No one builds like this anymore," was one of the most frequent lines we heard, and most appreciated.  With homesites averaging 105' wide, each plan is customized for its specific lot to maximize all views and living conditions.  This is the way Condev approaches each and ever home.

We will be hosting another Open House this coming weekend following the completion of the Coronado.  However, is you're looking at the Coronado for yourself, we recommend stop by much earlier this week.  We don't expect this incredible home to be on the market very long. 

Please note that our new model will be presented this weekend and will start construction in the next 2 weeks on homesite 20.  This will be a MUST SEE!
