Our Approach

As Florida's Boutique Luxury Builder™, we specialize in customizing any plan to accommodate your needs and desires.  Once you select a floorplan and a homesite, our designers will roundtable the plans to make sure everything works in harmony.  In example, we examine if windows need to be moved to enhance the light inside based on whether the home faces south, west, east or north.  We might also make some suggestions based on your hobbies, family structure, work, etc., to make sure your new home is just right for you.

With Condev, every plan can be changed.  Move a wall, a window, add an indoor pool, add a nursery, a bonus room, or even a home gym.  Where other builders limit you and ultimately say No, Condev says Yes!

One of the great aspects to working the Condev team is our flexibility.  If you don't see a plan that you like, we can start from scratch.  Or if you have one that you've had designed, please bring it along and we'll figure out a way to make it work.  After all, we still remember the golden rule of business...  You're the client!
