Hampton Cove Brings 61 Homes to Haven

Hampton Cove is one of Condev Homes' newest communities.

Located in Winter Haven off Country Club Road, the community will have 61 homes.

It is just a few minutes from downtown Winter Haven, Cypress Gardens and only 10 minutes from the Eagle Ridge Mall. Hampton Cove is 20 minutes from Interstate 4 and 35 minutes to Orlando, said Teri Hoover, sales consultant for Condev Homes at Hampton Cove.

The community will have one and two-story homes with three to five bedrooms, two to four bathrooms and two to three-car garages, ranging from 1,960 to 3,140 square feet. Prices range from $335,900 to $421,900. There are five different floor plans to choose from.

Average lot sizes are 100 by 135 feet and standard lots are included in the price of the homes.

The homes are Mediterranean-style and have barrel tile roofs. Hampton Cove is surrounded by a conservation area, Hoover said.

 

"We felt like this is a unique product niche for the area of Winter Haven," said Sam Bass, vice president of sales and marketing for Condev Homes.

The homes are zoned for Elbert Elementary School, Denison Middle School and Winter Haven High School.

Power will be supplied by TECO with phone service provided by Verizon and cable service provided by Bright House Networks.
