CONDEV LAUNCHES FIRST GREEN QUALIFIED HOME
IN BREVARD UNDER $250K

Rockledge, Fla. – Condev Homes – a Winter Park-based home builder and developer – will showcase its first Green and Energy Star qualified home this Saturday, June 28 in its Phillips Landing community. Condev, which builds single-family homes throughout Central Florida, built the home specifically to be offered below the $250,000 mark.

“It’s been our goal to build homes that provide cleaner air, a healthier living environment, and lower utility bills for our customers,” said Peter Gardner, vice president of Condev Homes. “Our Healthy Green Homes have fewer allergens because of our air filtration systems and clean building practices. We also help homeowners save thousands of dollars on utility bills by providing more efficient insulation and air conditioning, as well as Energy Star appliances.”

In addition to Phillips Landing, the company’s recent developments include Gatwick Manor in Viera and Bent Oak in Titusville. Focused on building in Brevard County until now, Condev Homes recently opened Hampton Cove in Winter Haven in May, which won the Polk County Parade of Homes for “Best Neighborhood.”

Condev is a member of the Florida Green Building Coalition and is an Energy Star Partner. They are also building another Green and Energy Star qualified home in their Bent Oak neighborhood in Titusville.
